Remember, I Asked for It

I have battled my weight for years and I know I am not alone in this battle. I have decided to do something about this. I adapted a new lifestyle that is dairy, gluten and sugar free. I green juice and now exercise. I just lost 35 pounds. Today starts my physical training. So join me on this journey and watch my progress. Follow my blog for all the behind the scenes happenings as I prepare for the red carpet event and book release. Please feel free to leave comments for me! I called two of my dear friends to help me.

Samantha is an ex CIA Intelligence Officer who met Beqir an ex Albanian Sergeant when they were in Iraq. They loved to exercise together and for fun, ran in marathons. After they fell in love, they each quit their job and got married. They then went and got training in nutrition and exercise. They are passionate about helping Americans get healthy. They own a business in Novato, California called Double Eagle Fitness.

So despite my nerves and my fears, I was ready and waiting for them this morning! They fought over who would get to train me today and it was Beqir. So Samantha was kind enough to help us document the morning. I was a tough morning but  was able to do it. I am sore as I am typing this, but I am looking forward to our next work out. Attached are the photos of my morning.

Beqir ready for me!

He starts me with boxing.

It is like Whack a Mole!

This is not too bad! Great stress relief.
Josie the cat making sure I am alright.
You want me to do what on my porch?
Beqir gets very excited about exercise!
He is tough but kind. Very supportive.
I was surprised I did not pull the railing down!
He told me that we were playing follow the leader!
I could not catch him even when he went backwards!
I am not having fun now! Beqir has the energy of a puppy!
Hear me ROAR!
Harder than it looks!
Yes, that is a bar behind me. I like to entertain at home. Not open right now!
Josie the cat supporting me as I do leg lifts.

I am not dead yet! Final leg lifts. Josie and Beqir cheer me on.
