The thing I am noticing with my workouts is that I find my personal strength in  looking at my progress. Sure, a lot of the exercises my trainers have me do are difficult and I can only do a little. Yet each time I do it, I can do a little more. It is when we look at what I can't do or do well that causes discouragement. I think this is a true lesson for life also.
If you are learning something new, don”t look at what you don't know, look at what you are learning. Stay in the present and keep acknowledging your progress. Remember it was the turtle that beat the hare in the race. Consistency, a good attitude and keep going forward towards success!
This morning I had trouble waking up and getting going. The last thing I wanted to do was workout. Yet, as my muscles warmed up and I began to wake up, I was grateful for the workout. Slowly I am getting stronger and smaller!
