As 2012 Begins to Wind Down…

As 2012 begins to wind down, I am so grateful for this past year. It was filled with adventures, travel, new amazing coaching clients, a new speaking career and I was asked to contribute chapters to four different books that all are about to be released!

Both personally and professionally, it was the year of my dreams. I met new and exciting friends, mentors and people who inspire me. I got to spend a lot of quality with my family and with myself.

My health has improved, my company has grown and I am indeed glad for all of the hard work and life experiences that has brought me to this point.

The world faced many challenges, heartbreaks, natural disasters and violence this year. Yet despite that, I saw so much human kindness, hope, inspiration and love also. It seemed to be a year for all of us to decide what is important and what does not serve us. I took that lesson to heart and made a lot of changes in my life.

This upcoming year, instead of starting 2013 with a “to do list” or a list of resolutions, lets begin with a list of gratuities. Start from a place of thanks and then set intentions for what you want to attract this year. Set your goals in steps, so that they are achievable and they set you up for success. Take time to train your negative self talk to support you and remind you why you are so special and lovable.

As we finish the year in a holiday season, let us each embody that spirit. The spirit of hope, miracles, love and magic. It begins inside you and then towards others. Be the person you have always wanted to be.

I am so grateful for all that I got to be a part of and experience this past year. I celebrate my success and learn from my mistakes. I believe that is important that we all take the time to continue our personal growth so that in the end, we can say we really lived life the best way we could!

Wishing you joy, love, connection and hope for the season. May you and your families remember what is important and take the time to celebrate the time you have together.
