I know that my life is more amazing if I make sure to connect to spirit daily. I start my day with my gratitudes, giving thanks for all that I have and all that I am. I then set my intentions for my day, asking for what I want to see, feel, experience and have. For the past two months I then pull a card out of my Angel Tarot Cards by Doreen Virtue. As I spread the cards out I ask the Arc Angels to guide me to the card that represents today. I then read my card, see if it is something I need to work on or if it is a blessing. I end my morning time by giving more thanks to the Arc Angels and asking for support during the day.
I know on the days I miss doing this, that things can get hard or challenging. Things don't run as smooth. So for me, to connect to spirit brings me true joy!
