How to Stay Motivated

Sometimes it is hard to stay motivated when working on a project or making changes in your life. You need to become your own cheerleader! Acknowledge yourself for the work you have done at the end of each day.

There is not always someone around to see the hard work and effort you have put out, you need to learn to encourage and celebrate yourself.

3 Simple tips:

  1. Keep your self talk positive.
  2. Remind yourself at the end of the day what you achieved.
  3. Set up a reward system so that you can earn a treat. (I give myself points towards a massage.)
