I have the honor to know a remarkable young lady named Caitlan. She is a very brave and strong young lady but struggles with her peers at school. She has been teased, bullied and hurt. She was asked by her teacher to write her “I Am” essay and present it to her class this week. Despite being scared and worried, she did exactly that. I am going to share it here with you. I want us to think after we read this, am I kind enough to those around me? Words hurt and can cause scars that can exist a lifetime if not healed. Show this to your children so that they are not a bully that hurts a girl like Caitlan. I am honored and blessed that she is brave enough to let me share this with you.
